EuPathDB Workshop

Schedule

Tentative schedule, subject to change.
The course begins at 6:30 pm on Sunday, June 6th with a reception.
(If you arrive before the 4:00 pm hotel check-in time, you can call that day to see if your room is available for earlier check in. The Hotel can not guarantee your room will be ready before 4:00 pm. The number is 1-706-549-4433. There is a free hotel shuttle that can take you downtown for sightseeing while you wait.)

The course will finish at noon on Wednesday, June 9th.

Participants will be provided with desktop computers to use in the workshop sessions. You are welcome to bring your own laptop to use in other areas. The Holiday Inn Hotel provides free high-speed Internet in all rooms and lobby.

Please note: You will need to check out of the hotel the morning of the day you are leaving. You have two options for your luggage and going back to the airport.

Option 1) Check out and leave your bag at the Holiday Inn and take airport shuttle from the Holiday Inn

Option 2) Check out, bring your bag to the workshop and leave on the airport shuttle from the Georgia Center (3 blocks from workshop). Please coordinate with Betsy Wenthe for assistance transporting your luggage.

The same shuttle bus stops at both locations. Remember to make a reservation on the shuttle for the day and time you plan to leave. You will be leaving from the Holiday Inn MAIN, or the UGA Georgia Center.
